    My Other Reviews·Charter Pipeline
    - Original ordered 3000 package ("pro")
    - No problems whatsoever with installation, timing, etc.
    - Only complaint is that they try to offer a lot of fluff as value adds and I prefer to choose my own fluff than have someone tell me how great their own is
    - Upgraded to 6000 package ("elite") when it became available for me. As documented in the SBC Direct forum, they didn't fix whatever they needed to in order to up my download speeds. The upload speeds were upgrade immediately. A tech from SBCDirect fixed this for me.
    - I am pleased overall with the affordability as compared to the real price of cable HSI
