ATT Yahoo, formerly SBC/Yahoo, formerly SNET. I've had this service for almost 7 years now, and the amount of down time has been darn near zero! Moved up to their "Elite" package, get 5.1 Mbps down/660 Kbps up. This has just been so "un-fussy", the very few times there was a slowdown, or "glitch", it was a real shock because it happens so seldom! i have been using the included AV software for several years now, nice not to have to pay for AV "renewals". Surprisingly, the customer service, the once in a great while that I need it, has been rather good! The exception, of course, is at the "Tier 1" level, but once you get past them, the support becomes very good!

Have had att or sbc for 2 years down 10 times at least bad wires and shorts in system. Phone svcs just as bad
