This is the 3.0 Mbps / 384kbps DSL line. It's a dry run, but it does have a phone number, just no service. I provided my own Westell 6100 DSL modem, to avoid any cost for theirs since my old one still worked just fine.
Due to my distance from the central office, it runs in Interleave mode instead of Fast Path, so pings get a little worse. Modem can only sync at around 2.8 Mbps, any higher and it becomes too unstable.
Upload is pretty poor in speed test (about 340 kbps), mainly due to DSL overhead. Download is pretty close to 2.8 Mbps, not bad for the long loop distance.
It took a call to billing to fix the pricing since they were charging me for phone service, but they did refund it after I called to complain.
