I looked at cable internet before I ordered DSL, but at the time, they required a cable TV connection (or they would charge me for one if I had it or not). Since years have passed, and the cable company has changed, I have no idea on the current billing for internet only.
I currently have the PRO speed and am hoping the next level up is available in my area, or will be soon.
As POTS, cell phone, and DSL are all through the same company (AT&T) I have one bill each month for all three. Having three services through AT&T also gives me a $5.00 discount on services each month.
