    The worst issue I have with them is getting through to a person. Their IVR system dropped me 3 times today as I was callling to add VOIP to my service.

    I don't have time to play games with a company to place an order, so I am going with Vonage. They talked with me on the first call.

    The speed is an issue, it is irregular.
