    Forgot what day i ordered but the guy on the phone did his best to get the tech here to hook it up as quick as possible.. I have also had charter before i moved to louisville, ky and was expecting the same treatment as i got from charter (waiting all day for the cable guy to come out) with insight tho this wasnt the case.. my apointment was for 8:30 to 11:30am and the tech arrived around 9:30ish he was here for 30 minutes or so and had me up and running

    after moving from the "charge you a fee for everything" bellsouth to insight and i must say.. having things my way has never felt sweeter! bellsouth was charging me $130+ for dsl and phone and now im using insight with skypeout and paying half the price!
