Pre-Sales information with customer service was great, they were very polite and knowlegeable, could have confused them for American Express...lol The only knock on pre-sales was the website which showed no service availability.
Install Co-ordination was great, time from call to installation was 2 days and on a Saturday even. The installer even called and was early too.
Connection reliability is just wonderful, no broadband downtime which is very important to me.
Tech Support, just called them for a few general questions about home networking, once again very polite and knowlegeable. I gave them a 3 or neutral rating because I have not had any serious broadband issues.
Mail & News, Email has always been available for me.
Value for the money, It could always be better lol, but very satisfied with the price, service, and money well worth it.
In closing, I have been a text book example of a satisfied customer with @home on 09/01 then the transition to Insightbb/ATT backbone.
I would like to thank every person at InsightBB for their dedication to serving the customer!

Once the new higher 384K up-load tier started, I experienced slow downs on my download speeds from 3000 to 2500, now only the last week has the download speed been back to 3000, hopefully to stay. Happy Holidays!

Since my last review monthly cost has gone up from $35 to $45 per month.
InsightBB has increased download and upload speeds.
