    Where to begin.

    Constant rate increases.
    Services dropped such as newsgroups and channels removed with no notice and no replacements.
    Speed caps.
    $17.00 a month for a DVR. A digital box is now required if you want to get your premium channels on each TV.
    HD channels that are always pixilated never an issue when I play HD DVDs.
    No same day service.
    Constant rate increases. You can tell this one really bothers me.

    I have been a customer for over 20 years and would switch in a heartbeat if there was another cable option in town.
