I've had this connection for about a year now, and I was previously a Time Warner customer until WOW offered a better deal. My room mates and I have Digital Basic w/ 4 adapters (first two are free, additional adapters cost 1.99 per/month). + Extreme Internet (15 mbps down, 1 mb up). Connection is strong even during peak hours, it never is slow, I can pull 1.8-1.9 MB/sec at all times of the day!
The only gripe I have is for the digital adapters that are required for older televisions. They are slow, and the picture freezes quite often. Maybe its just a signal problem at our place, but it can be annoying. It's not too bad though...
