    My Other Reviews·AT&T U-Verse
    I have had WideOpenWest cable since 01/01/06.

    They provided a SA DPC2100 Cable Modem that I pay a monthly fee on.

    They where quick to install and very helpful.

    Wide Open West (wowway.com) has always been good to me, I have had a few sync issues here and there but those where resolved during their regular maint windows and have never had to have a field tech out. Speeds are always as advertised and customer service seems responsive when I have called.

    The biggest con to WOW is I wish they had a higher speed tier than 6 MB Download / 1MB Upload. Overall I have been pleased with WOW.
