Had wow before so nothing outstanding to report about content. Ordered cable and HSI last week on a weekend, was told it would be installed that week (wed). Wed came and went. Was told by CSR that it was scheduled for Tuesday, following week. Wife went off on them. I called sales person who said he "forgot" to call me but would try to get a earlier install date. Never agree'd to tuesday install. Nothing happened. Order of the day was if tech showed up to install and it wasn't a good time, he would be turned away and we would stay with comcast.
Tech showed up tuesday, did all the installing, ran new drop. Made sure I had a internet connection but wasn't happy he unplugged my pc from the router killing everything else in the house on the network (I didn't know this till I tried to access the router). Anyway, they forgot the dvr (what dvr the tech advised) so, that started the blood pressure to go up. In the end, they were sorry for the problems. The on the phone CSR got permission to lower my bill another 10 bucks. I had already said I was sorry the tech waisted his time but I still had CC and would just switch the cable back after he left. But to get HSI, digi cable w/dvr, I can overlook any heartache caused by this screw up. cudo's to WOW for stepping up and taking care of the customer. But this was not a tech csr, a regular account csr.
I would give them at 10 for taking care of the customer but a just above average on everything else over all. Too soon to tell.
