Overall speeds and reliability is pretty good. There are outages due to maintenance's like any other ISP will have. I rarely have outages caused by things other than maintenance. Speed wise is pretty good. I am suppose to get 30/2 and currently I get anywhere between 25 and 29 down and right around 1.7 up.

Internet ~ Speeds continue to be rock solid. Speed tests hardly ever go below 25 Meg down and 1.5 Meg up. This includes during peak hours. Outages are extremely rare and usually occur within the maintenance windows 12am-6am during the week. Weekend nights I'm never offline and as I work 3rd shift, this is very key for me.
Video ~ I recently had the multi-room DVR system installed and must say I'm pretty impressed. Coming from TiVo's to Mediacom Mulit-Room isn't nearly the pain I thought it would be. Downside, it doesn't seem to work when the cable is out.
Overall I'd rate my service a 9.5 out of 10.
