    Dropped AT&T DSL because it was unreliable and they were unable to fix it. Ordered Cox via the web site on Friday and it was installed the following Monday. The installers were on time, polite, and professional.

    The service is fast. Much faster than the fastest DSL package AT&T offers. Even during peak hours. I can not really speak for any of the misc features like mail because I use other things for all that. I am on the preferred package.

    Oh and the installed modem is a Motorola SB5101. I pay no monthly fee to lease it.

    Updated 8-27-09 and the service is still just awesome.
