I have a love/hate relationship with my Cox HSI. On one hand, it does what it's supposed to do and is great for my day to day net activity. On the other hand, I sometimes feel like I need a little more "oomph". There are times when the network bogs down and I feel like I'm using dial up (obviously it's not that slow, but we've become spoiled). Cox isn't alone in this and I feel that cable is starting to show it's age. Sure there will be new technology to push things even faster, but I wish they would suck it up and start upgrading. It's inevitable that it will happen, so come on already! Anyways, it's the best that you're going to get in my area for the price, so we're stuck with it for now (I'm still waiting for my fiber). For my closing comment, I just want to give credit to the Cox reps in the forums. They don't have to help us out on here, but they do and they're just awesome!
