    In 1999 I lived in Paul's Valley Oklahoma and we had telepath dial up. The service started to tank around the time high speed internet became available to my home town. I had 2 choices either go with AT&T dsl or wait for cox @home. I convinced my dad to get Cox. We had a Motorola 4200 modem installed. The service was extremely fast compared to dial up. When I moved out on my own I decided to get Cox internet at my apartment. I had to get the limited cable package because I could not afford complete basic. Around this time cox transitioned me over from @home to its own network. I pretty much have had a consistent experience with cox internet, no matter where i live. The speeds have always been fast and the service reliable. I now live in my own condo and have everything cox offers. I am amazed how far the broadband industry has come in just a few years.
