    We've had Cox now for the past year. Much better than my experience with RCN in my last residence. The speeds are as advertised and the connection is pretty much up all the time.

    We have the full bundle from Cox - and the phone and cable are fine as well.

    We did have to call tech support to fix a badly spliced cable that was causing our cable and phone modems to have trouble syncing up. The tech was out within 24 hours and had the problem isolated and fixed within 20 minutes. Since that visit everything is working just as I'd expect.
