    When we first got HSI from Cox we ordered the 15/2 service and then downgraded to 5/2. Now the 5/2 is 10/2 and my speeds are often north of 20/2 sometimes 24/2 for the same money. It costs $42 a month. FIOS isn't available here yet but we are benefitting from the competition anyway. It's rarely unavailable and when we've needed support they have been very helpful. When FIOS becomes available we'll give it serious consideration but Cox may be Docsis 3 by that time.
