the spike issues that occur on this network everysummer are annoying and have gona unfixed for 2 summers now, everyone notices them in the greenvalley sahuarita area yet all the complaint just result in a contractor putting a amp on the line???
Forgot to update this > after getting nohere with the support line I messaged a few of the techs on the boards here all of them helped me, a few days later had a supervisor and a tech from phoenix I think (my memory sucks...) anyway they checked the wires through my street and then ran a new one to me and I also reminded them I had a friend experiencing this same problem about 5 minutes away, they said they would check a few other places (also gave them some food gyros ftw ). A few days later all lag was gone.
update: faster speeds both up and down no lag sweet uptimes and price isn't bad
