I have the Premier tier with Cox and have nothing but great things to say about it. I haven't experienced any downtime, speeds are always where they should be, and even more with the PowerBoost feature.

I dropped this service for Embarq because of a customer service issue since May. I canceled my service on May 05th, which was scheduled to deactivate on the 10th. I returned after almost two months gone and had a mailbox full of "late notices" and a "disconnect notice". Great service, but the billing department is awful.
1.5 Mbps DSL or an incompetent billing team? I'll take the slow DSL.

Billing issues aside, 1.5/512 Embarq DSL just wasn't cutting it as a gamer. I signed up for the Preferred package yesterday at $29.95 per month for 6 months. Speeds are above advertised with PowerBoost, and I have my low ping times back.
