Not much to complain about. Speeds have been around 6000/512.. Service has been very reliable for the last 7 years, a few hiccups the last couple months, but nothing major. Techs have come out twice in 7 years and were fast, friendly and fixed the problems.
Cox website says I have a cap of 40GB/10GB.. I know I've gone over 40GB numerous times, but nothing was ever said or done. For another $13/mth I can apparently get 10000/1000 with a 60GB/15GB cap.
I have a package deal. Digital cable TV (300+ channels), all premium movie channels, HD package, 3 cable boxes (1 with DVR) and cable internet for $160 + tax. By itself, the 6/1 internet package runs for $42 + $10 for the modem.
Considered sprint DSL (at the time), now Embarq. But the speeds offered at my address are slower, 3000/640 and their TV service offers 33% less channels.

I think this should actually be under the @Home review :-/
Their service is rated at 1500/128. The fastest I've downloaded is about 125k (about 1mb). My uploads have been about 15k (120kbps). I have yet to do any tweaking, so my downloads might be able to go faster. It's a dynamic IP. Com21 modem and D-Link NIC. The installer was knowledgable and friendly. He installed 8 tv outlets with cable and put in the modem in 1.5 hours.
The costs was packaged in with my cable tv. $99 for all the cable/digital cable channels (about 200 tv channels and 50 music channels) and the internet. I was paying $80 just for the channels before, so I think this is a really good deal. No problems yet.
