I've used the post-bankruptcy RCN at my business location for over three years now, for phone and ISP. It has been very reliable. Nothing flashy, and I don't bother with their servers, but the connection is solid. They wired up office buildings when Comcast was only doing residential, getting a head start in this niche. It used to be a 1.5 Mbps bottom-tier ($40) service but they raised it to 5 Mbps last year.
