    I received "free" rogers 7 meg service as a promo from our builder. I occasionally use bit torrent to download the latest version of Linux however rogers throttles my connection to slow it down drastically. If you are over 75% of your monthly bandwidth rogers will read and modify the web pages you view to send messages to you. I believe that this is a major privacy issue and an abuse of my rights. The bandwidth caps are low and the service is expensive (if you pay for it). I tried to contact rogers three times about one issue and I never got a response that had anything to do with my issue. The billing was messed up for two months for a service that was "free". I would never pay for this service. Even though I have a "free" internet package for another nine months from rogers, I continue to be a Teksavvy customer because they value my business, and privacy. I do not feel that rogers care about anything except money. I feel violated and ignored by this ISP.
