Have been a long time Rogers subscribers. Some years back, the wife thouhgt Rogers was more "laggy" in on-line gaming, so trie3d a Sympatico subscriptions. For a few months, retained both Rogers and Sympatico. Found that for us, Rogers was a far superior solution.
Rogers was far more reliable for us than Sympatico. Cancelled Sympatico and returned full time to Rogers.
Sure, the throttling of torrents is annoying; however, judicious use of SecureIX solves that issue.

Of course; now with the new fees on traffic exceeding the allowable limit, the cost of Rogers has increased. Here's hoping that the surcharge maximum of $25 does work 
At least using alternative firmware on the WRT54G (Tomato in my case) means I can easily track traffic on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
