UPDATE - ROGERS AND THEIR 30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY!!! I have to stick with these ass hats until Sept. 26th. I've canceled my cable and 'net and signed up with Bell Express Vu and Alaint High Speed Ultra. I'm only 2KM from the CO so I should get close to my 5000kbps UNTHROTTLED UNLIMITED connection. Too bad I have to wait until the 26th though.
It's been one hell of a crappy ride Rogers, CYA!

Rogers Extreme is now 51 bucks a month! They said on the letter that this was the first increase in price since 2004, BULLSHIT! I've had it Rogers, I'm out next week. They suck, really bad!

Update:
Rogers has now removed news groups, has been throttling all P2P traffic, has cut proxy servers, and has outsourced web-hosting to a company in the states. Also, all of our e-mail now use Yahoo servers, making our Canadian privacy laws useless.
bit torrent is pretty much non-existent, only 3KB a second, when a couple months ago it was 500KB.
Now a price hike, again!! WHAT NEXT ROGERS? Having a monkey slap me for checking my big e-mail attachments?????

I am getting High speed ULTRA for free because I am moving my services on Dec.1/04. I will do a review of the install in a couple days when it happens.
**UPDATE** It's now offical 3000/384! I am happy! No problems here! I am really happy Rogers got there faces out of their @$$e$ and got their act together 
**UPDATE*** Now they are doing testings, and I am getting business speeds I have d/l over 200gigs and upped 120gb in one month because of a server I am running.
I called tech, and they confirmed the 3mbit. I asked if it would stay and the guy said between him and me, expect it to stay! I was like yes!
Not a single problem in the last couple months, it is great! Awesome value for the money!
Modem says connected fro 78days right now, the time it disconnected before that was from a cable I replaced 
***Old review***:
When I first signed up they came out and installed it. It worked alright at first for 2 days then disconnected all the time and the speed nose dived. I called and called and techs came out and out and they didn't know that much. Heck, one of them asked me what my ip address was when he was in front of the computer and the net was working then! After about 15 times of coming out over a 30 day period it turned out alright.
