    I have the xtreme I connection 10Mbs down 1Mbps up speed tests usually run between 7.5-9.5 which is ok I was living in a saturated area for a little while f=took 3 months to fix, but i never dropped below 4 Mbps Shaw had no issue crediting me for 3 months of xtrme (10$ extra per month). I have had 3 Modem replacments (all free) no cost service calls super cheap. I also run HD TV through shaw no effect on internet speeds. My only complaint is the temp line running through my back yard (the reason for the drops in service but nothing has happened in 2 months)
