I have had Direcway for 3 years then move to dial up for 3 years. I got sick of the 28.8, disconnects, callwave and since I am a warez monkey, I went ahead and got Hughesnet which they really do suck ass but they did improve their hardware. Only one thing that’s missing on the dish is a cover, its really ugly having no cover for the bird
When I was with Direcway, small sheet of snow or rain will screw it up, Since I got this new stuff. It’s been improve. I just wish they did not cap the 343 kb down to 128kb and also have this new called fap which really pisses me off
Oh and Tech Support is no good of a help, I rather format my computer then go through them.
If format did not help, I guess I call them.
