It's ok, but if there was something better in the area I would have jumped. They basically enjoy a monopoly status in this town, as DSL is crap (ever tried to get a hold of Bell? If so, you know what I mean). Issue with random connection dropping and horrible latency is nine months and counting with no end in sight. First level tech support is the typical "your modem works fine so you're good to go" type, the manager are the "hope you forget about the problem" type, but the onsite guys kick ass. I usually call them instead of tech support now if an issue arises.
Long story short, until something better comes along, it's the best we've got here. And since it's such a small area, I doubt we'll see anything better anytime soon.
