    I guess you could say I'm slightly biased because I work for Cogeco and actually was the project coordinator for the 2 way upgrade that brought HSI to our community. We went live about 4 year ago and since then speeds have been awesome. We're getting 10 mb down 600 kb up constantly. The service has been solid since installed not one glitch so far but like I said I'm biased. Now I work in the Cornwall area as the Tech Ops Lead
