I have been very happy with my service. At first I had problems with a quick disconnection of service when I picked up the phone, but it was because the builder of the house had test units put on the phone line. After the removal of the unnecessary test units (have been unnecessary for more then 10 years!) my service is unbroken. Cheers to Cincinnati Bell/Zoomtown for excellent service and excellent customer service when needed.

Well, I'm nearly a year out out of my committment and I'm still with the service. Their download may not be the fastest, but they're $5 cheaper than the local Roadrunner service with a higher upload cap (384 vs. what I suspect to be 128). Being an avid gamer the extra upload bandwidth really helps. Overall I'm still very happy with the service and recommend it nearly everyday to friends and family. The one place they really lack is in tech support. While they generally solve simple problems (I've yet to encounter a major problem) the hold time is usually greater than 40 minutes.

BBr has asked me to update my review, and possibly at a bad time...Over the last 3 days I've had connectivity problems. It seems to be normalized now, but I was unable to get through to Tech Support. My connection wasn't completely down, however I would be online for 20 minutes or so, then it would just stall out. Re-training the modem (Cisco 675) didn't always fix the problem. On a strange note, through most of the problem, I was able to get to BroadbandReports.com through most of it. Not just reading cached pages, but uploading to the forums as well. Websites like Google and Yahoo would not load. Very odd! =)
On a redeming note for their Tech Support, I recently had problems with latency and packet loss on my line. I got in touch with a very knowledgeable Technical Support Representative who very much treated me like I knew what I was talking about. We ran trace routes to a few different sites and servers, eventually finding out that the problem was on my end...(this was for a game called Counter-Strike, and the new anti-cheat program running with it is causing the problem). Thumbs way up for this guy who helped me explore every possible solution. I'm raising my Tech Support rating from "3" to "4"

I've been running a Line Monitor from BBr for the last month or so. Looking at the graphs and the history it can confirm my solid connection. I haven't had need to contact technical support since I last updated. The only disadvantage here is that they are slower than the local Cable provider (RoadRunner). I don't know what the upload cap is on RoadRunner, so I may be inaccurrate.

Looking at my last update, I can still say that I haven't had a need for technical support (in a few months that will make it a full year of a solid, hassle-free connection). There really isn't much anything more significant to report at this time. I'm still happy with both the service and the provider.
