well after my first 3 years i upped my service to the 10mb tier and reliably nail 9mbit with the occasional 12-13 and my upload is only .8 but still fast enough, their customer service has been great, however i am having a problem getting telus to get my laptop ordered since i am on their easy pc plan, seems somewhere between telus and qmedia my order gets lost, otherwise fast response...
