I've been with telus several years now. The most difficulty was getting it connected the last time (when I switched back from teksavvy). I went without internet for a few days and had to call multiple times to escalate the connection. Ever since it's been pretty solid. I had one issue with line quality, after a difficult time with tech support, they sent someone out who fixed it.
I guess the thing about telus, is when its working it's great (which is most of the time), if you have an issue, their call centres and tech support can be difficult to deal with it.
I use turbo and its a nice solid connection. No slow downs like I had on Shaw. I'm pretty happy with the product, not so happy with phone support.
