I have been happy enough with the reliability of the service, but think the cost is higher than it needs to be...

    IE 7.0

Windstream will be upgrading to support IE 7.0, however, nearly ever customer I've dealt with thus far that has upgraded to 7.0 has been having issues. I would strongly suggest Mozilla Firefox for a number of reasons. IE sucks.

AND HOW! Windstream will support Firefox. I like Opera personally but come on folks! You don't have to use only the programs that came on your cpu's! Try something new. Also, try not running 5 different firewall programs at a time. Norton and McAfee suck, you can disable them all you want, they still run in the background. AVG is a great program and it's free. Don't let your computer run YOU! We want to help ALL of our customers but there's only so much we can do from our end.

It specifically says it only supports IE 6. I use Mozilla Firefox and it won't allow me to download.
