I got the 6 months special for 39.95 then after it's 49.95 or 59.95, I can't remember. There are no caps that I'm aware of and it works great with Bittorrent.

    Update:
I have been enjoying my service for quite some time now. Part way through my 6 month contract I upgraded to the speed plus plan and this boosted my speeds from 384Kb up to 1Mb up and 8Mb down to 15Mb down. The Bresnan network has been very reliable with one exception, I find their DNS servers to have a short cache time. As a result of dissatisfaction with the DNS servers I switched to a different set of DNS servers operated by Level3 and OpenDNS. Once I switched the DNS servers I was a very happy camper with Bresnan. The only thing I care about now is my insatiable need for upload speed because of bittorrent. I updated the monthly cost to reflect what I am now paying. I also decreased the radio button for "Value for money" by one to reflect the higher price, I would have left it up one if the price was say $55.

The new non Bresnan DNS servers I am using:
    208.67.222.222 OpenDNS
    208.67.220.220 OpenDNS
    4.2.2.1 Level3/Verizon
    4.2.2.2 Level3/Verizon
    4.2.2.3 Level3/Verizon
    192.168.1.1 my router

    New update June 1
Using dig I found the opendns servers to be really slow. The query time was running consistently around 85 msec to 90 msec, while the Level 3 servers were 62 msec and 4.2.2.4 was around 44 msec to 47 msec. I used to measure DNS server performance via ping but due to some new knowledge I have gained, dig is the better tool. I no longer use opendns and instead my DNS is set as below.

    4.2.2.4
    *.1
    *.2
    *.3
    *.5
    *.6

    Update Friday July 25 2008
I have switched back to bresnan DNS servers as the query time for me is around 16 to 20 msec. However I still think the bresnan DNS servers have a short cache time. I think they should increase the cache time for their DNS servers.

Because of dissatisfaction with bresnan DNS I have reduced the Connection Reliability by 1.
