I was a TDS DSL customer, had been with them since 2002. Over the past year their service has become overloaded and has frequent modem resets. TDS knows it and is doing nothing about it.
I called Charter and ordered 30/4 service, it was installed the next morning. It has been 3 weeks since install and service is rock solid, speed tests are always 40-50 down and 4-4.5 up. Paying $29/month for first year, then $49/month after that. I did not rate the Tech Support since I have not had to contact them yet. I will look into TV service with Charter when my contract is up with Directv in about 6 months.
