Had a great installation, love the results. Price is fine, I am on a 6
month promo for now. Speed tests consistently yield over 30Mbps/2mbps.

check refund

I cancelled my service with charter since April of 2012. I yet have to receive my refund check. I went to one of their offices two months ago and was told that they had sent the check to the wrong address, and that I would be reissued another check in two weeks. I'm still wating...
