"good speed on off peak times. slower during peak times."
"Upload sometimes peaks above down stream"
"Strong service, customer support iffy."

    Frontier DSL. slow speed, narrow bandwidth.

    Change to charter. installed in less than 15 min. including running all new lines and splitters. No splitter to modem, only after modem. Motorola. friendly customer service but hard to get a hold of when they are needed.
