Ordered charter on December 29th I think it was, the bill cycle started the 31st but I know we had it before then. Got the total Digital Cable package. Tried getting internet then but they had some difficulty. Apparently my line was capable from the start, but they didn't have the "codes" to place the order. Finally made it down to the local office and got it taken care of in under 10 minutes.
Had some trouble with one of the digital cable boxes, as well as signal strength, and for the trouble, Charter gave me their $46 all-movie channel package for only $20, in which they guaranteed the pricing for a year. They came out and replaced the entire drop from the pole to our house and that increased the signal to an acceptable range for the Digital Cable.
Currently having some more signal issues (modem signals are outside of acceptable range, and cannot get my full 10m/1m because of it), so they are coming Wednesday to fix that. I will follow-up then, but Charter seems to fix the problem every time they come to visit.
Edit: Only about an hour after posting my review, I called to cancel the tech visit for this Wednesday because they worked on the lines on the street and doubled my signal strength, as well as fixed all the fuzzy channels. How is that for service for ya?
