Well, looks like we're back to Charter sucks.
Any company that would cut someones service for 100.00 and be as unwilling as anyone I've ever seen to at least allow a person to make any type of payment arrangements shows just how this company will never match up to AT & T.
Even as much as I despise AT & T they offer people the ability to keep their service on for a few days while they get payments made. Charter goes the opposite way and cuts customers off at a time when they should be doing everything they can to keep clients.
I've been a client of AT & T numerous times before. They will let you run a 200 - 300 dollar bill before they axe your service. You can generally even go two months without paying a dime and only then be threatened with disconnection but even then they are willing to allow payment arrangements.
So if that's as much as Charter cares about be they can kiss it where the sun don't shine. Time to call for U-Verse. Goodbye Charter. Hope they liquidate you.

canada | bad credit? This is an unfair review, maybe state something about the quality of the service and not about how lenient they are or aren't on your late bill payments. | |

Stockbridge, GA | This guy is mad because Charter didn't let a 4th bill pass.. The guy missed 4 bills, didn't pay, and got cancelled. I can't wait to see his negative reviews on all banking systems, any kind of pay for object, and negative reviews on friends too. | |
