    Charter "WAS" a great company with super fast speeds ok techsupport and never had connection problems.....but in the past year or so the WHOLE internet side of the company has went down hill

    Connection is on "When it feels like it" speed is from Dialup to 3megabits which is quite sad seeing the money being shelled out for it

    Then theres the Tech Support who give you the same "Were Sorry Mr LastName we know how annoyed it is to be with out net access" or some other line you know they have said 20 times in the last hour with a tone that there bored to tears

    lastly there the Tech Reps that come out which site around for time and chat with each other while looking at the default address of the cable modem and doing things most pc smart people can do. after about an hour they either get annoyed and say they need to check lines or it will come online and then say its "Fixed" only to call and have then come back out

    Its just gotten to the point that its not worth wasting my time on calling them to complain.....
