    I have had service for 4 years now and haven't had much trouble. At first I had no trouble but then I got all 3 services and had trouble for a while. It took a month and a half dozen calls for all the issues to get worked out. Since then I haven't had any trouble with the service. When we got the DVR service we had issues with it. The phone service is a great deal and I have had no troubles with it. the amplifier on the line outside went out last summer and the internet and DVR have been shaky since it got replaced. I have had a half dozen calls in on my services but the DVR still is having trouble. Tech support being outsourced now is a problem but the automated system is not too bad.
