So far I am very pleased with Comcast HSI. I like that you can watch HBO, Starz movies, shows on demand anywhere where you have the Internet connection. The only catch is you must have a TV subscription to these premium channels, they are not yet sold just for online access yet and we won't see this in the near feature.
Self-installation was an easy. quick breeze. Its nice that they give you a free self-install kit with splitter and new coax cable. It saves you some time and money. Activation of my own cable modem over the phone was easy and the technician that assisted me was polite and knowledgeable.
