I've had Comcast since AT&T left town. Overall, I'm satisfied with it. It's fast and reliable. I've always had good service from tech support. A year ago I signed up for the triple play at $99 for 6 months after which it was to become $134. I thought that was a good deal because it was less than I was paying at the time. Unfortunately, when my 6 months was up, I was billed $175. I called and long story short they told me that deal was no longer available but I could have this deal for the same amount with lots more stuff. I said I want what I contracted for and yadda, yadda, yadda...No dice. So I said I would not pay that and told them to knock me back to whatever level necessary but that they were not fooling me. This is bait and switch if ever I saw it. Anyway, they knocked back some of my HD channels that I never watched anyway and life goes on.
Comcast is the best service I can get here and I'm happy with it but I don't trust them.
