Had to fight to get just the internet connection, and couldn't do it without also buying basic cable. I'm sure it is tough to schedule installation times, but we're lucky to have someone at home during the day instead of having to take off work to open the door for installation. Very large window of time, pretty much any time on a particular day. Out of everything we can get around here, this one has the most bang for your buck.
Edit - 7/2009 - I was having trouble with the wireless router, which really wasn't a Comcast issue, and they tried to push their wireless router on me for a large chunk of change using fear tactics that any router I use that isn't theirs may not work as well. I get very aggravated at this - how many people are buying into their crap and getting the Comcast wireless router? Fear selling really angers me.
We gutted my router and installed something that made it run much better, and no more connection drops. Guess I didn't need their overpriced crap after all.
