    I have had nothing but bad experiences with Comcast. When it works, it's pretty snappy. But it doesn't work very often, and is terribly inconsistent. Don't even bother trying to call support, it's a joke.

    I suggest seeking out other options if you can. Unfortunately it's the best I can do here in Emeryville.

    Comcast sucks

    I agree with everyone on here that says that Comcast is horrible. This many customers complaining can't be wrong. My experience is that the service very very often, (at least 3 times per week) goes out. Also, the customer service is horrible. You can't get any real answers to why the service is bad. If there was another choice I seriously doubt that Comcast would be around, at least not offering this level of bad service.
