    Rockford IL and it's surroundings has just switched over to Comcrap. So far service has become worse and more spotty every day not to mention quite allot slower. And for all this I get the privaledge of soon having to pay MUCH more for my internet, MUCH more for TV and having to possibly switch over to their g&*dammned special cable converter box!

    In a word Insight should be shot for leaving us and comcast should be crucified

    Still hate comcrap with a passion. Unfortunately I have no other choice for HS Internet. Customer service is even worse than before. Trying to get a live person on the phone is futile at best. They are now taking channels off the basic pkg and putting them on the digital pkg. I.e. Nat Geo so they can force the hand of those of us who are happy with basic. Internet is sketchy with many issues still to this day. In short they are the pits.

    They will see a complaint from me through the Illinois State's Attorney for fraudulent practices and advertising. THEY SUCK!
    And now Comcast has come in, they are making changes that have to be made. It will be bumpy for a bit but everything will even itself out.

    It's different because Insight actually got on the stick and finally FIXED the issues. It took awhile but they did not jack up prices and blow smoke up my ass.
    Comcrap has sent us all letters of welcome to comcrap and the whole lot all the while sugar coating the royal screwing we're all going to get.
    All this with so much as blowing in my ear or kissing me on the cheek. Nope it's bend over and drop 'em and no vaseline either!

    Well, give em more then a week. You gave Insight the same courtesy. Although you blasted them like they murdered your dog. Now you miss em?

    Biggest issue here is they ARE going to raise prices drastically, they WILL reduce services, they will change our email addresses, already I am having trouble with my mail accounts. They will screw with us for TV services. Oh yeah give them more than a week...................sure.
    If it was just a matter of a few "teething" issues I would not be bothered but hang on to your shorts the screwing is coming
