I have been a Comcast HSI subscriber for several years. I have the residential package with speed boost and couldn't be happier with the speed, both upload and download. The reliability is also generally good.
Comcast is the only real game in town here and it shows within the attitudes of some of the customer service personnel.
To be fair, some do try to be helpful, but the follow up is very poor.
On multiple occasions, I have called to have additional services added which required an in home visit, and most times the incorrect resource was sent to do the job, which then required making another appointment, sometimes multiple appointments.
I had one occasion where I called for upstairs drops, and someone didn't came equipped to do the job until the 3rd visit.
The bottom line is that in my opinion Comcast offers a good service, fast and generally reliable. When it doesn't work, be sure you are prepared to experience some frustration. If I had another option that matched the speed and reliability at a similar cost, I would probably take it.
