When the installer came out, he had no HD box, was a contracter. Kept trying to say he was behind and couldn't go get one. Told him he could to leave if he didn't have an HD DVR. He finally went and got one. All HD channels didn't work when he left. After 6 weeks of calls to Tech Support, finally got an Tech out. He isolated the problem to an inside wire. NOW HD IS GREAT. Voice is crystal clear and Internet Speeds are incredible. Comcastic!
Update 8/23/08
Turns out the HD issue was IW. Everything else seems peachy keen. When talking to TS, some patience helps, they try to do good, but aren't the best trained in the world. At least they are local!
