Comcast has improved so I decided to improve my comments about them, they could be better but at least they have improved in some areas. I don't see much down time any more, which is a major plus.
This year I have been with out cable a total of 5 days, last year about 30 days the year before that 50 to 60 days. The support is about the same, I call them when my cable is down they tell me their is a storm in other city 3 to 4 hours away and that is causing the problem, at least they make me smile.
Support has improved
