    I have had Comcast HSI for years now. The connection reliability is outstanding. Over the years the speeds have gotten slower then better for a year then slower for months again the better etc.... Overall the speeds are decent, but when you pay for a speed tier and only get less than half the advertised speed all the time it is a bit ridiculous.

    Comcast is expensive and a monopolistic behemoth in the industry which thinks they can dictate the industry and do what they want and will.

    I just wish they were a bit more concerned with the customer who provides the stockholders with dividends and employees with thier paychecks!

    Since BLAST has launched here things have gotten worse. I am supposed to be getting 16Mbps down ans 2Mbps up. I get on average 4Mbps down and always1.7Mbps up. The best download speeds I have ever seen even at 4AM is 7Mbps - a bit sad when you are paying for 16Mbps down!

    Comcast: your downstream bandwidth is MIA! Your port utilization is too high! My node is overburdened and needs to be split!
