    Quick to install, Once it got hot in the summer started having trouble with my cable return. Comcast denied there was a problem even though my modem would lose synch for long stretches throughout the day (whenever it was above 80). Took 6 tech sites visits where each one checked and saw everything was ok in my house before they had someone check the amp down the street that was the problem. All this troubleshooting took comscast almost 3 months to complete during which my service was very poor. Since then its been pretty good, although the number of outages due to comcast taking down the lines is unacceptable (at least twice a week we lose cable modem and all video service for an hour or so).
